Tyler Habiger joined the UCM Alumni Foundation “Dream Team” in July 2021 and is currently the development director for the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences and the College of Education. From 2021-2025, he was the Director of Annual Giving, helping to elevate unrestricted giving and creating the “Match Madness” and “Scholarship Surge Day” giving days. In 2023, the Warrensburg Star Journal named him a “20 Under 40” recipient, and he graduated from the Johnson County CLIMB Program. Tyler proudly lives in Warrensburg and serves on the Board of Directors for the Warrensburg Chamber of Commerce and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Johnson County, respectively, and is a member of the Rotary Club of Central Missouri and a volunteer for Warrensburg Main Street.
Tyler is a graduate of UCM, earning an M.A. in History in 2024. He also holds an M.Ed. and a B.A. from Drury University. His academic research has been published with Historic Missouri. Previous experience includes KU Endowment, the State of Missouri, and Drury University. His fundraising campaigns have been recognized with awards from CASE and Nonprofit Connect. Tyler's interests include Star Trek, American history, comic cons, and antiquing.
