Ryan Bowie '96

Ryan Bowie, alumnus and Warrensburg native returned to UCM in July 2024. He is excited to be serving as the Director of Development for the Harmon College of Business and Professional Studies. Prior to joining the UCM Alumni Foundation dream team, he was the Senior Admissions Recruiter for UCM from 2002-2008, Major Gifts Officer for UCM Alumni Foundation from 2009-2018, Admissions Advisor for Cleveland University-Kansas City from 2018-2021, and Director of Development for Wichita State University Alumni Foundation in Kansas City from 2022-2024.

Overall, Ryan has 20+ years of higher education experience and is thrilled to be back on campus working with UCM alumni and friends. He and his wife have three daughters, Taelyn, Emersyn, and Breckyn and reside in Lee’s Summit, MO. His hobbies include cheering on his children’s sport teams, hunting, fishing, golfing, watching football and basketball.
