Shelly Bachus

Shelly Bachus began her career with UCM by joining the Office of General Counsel in 2005. She left her position as Policy Director in the Office of General Counsel to join University Advancement and Alumni Foundation in January 2018. Prior to UCM, Shelly's earliest experience was as a paralegal for a founding partner in an employment, business and family law firm.

Shelly has served as Chairperson for Rapid Response Team, Areas of Duplication and Policies, member of use of Tobacco Committee, and Policy Review Council among others. She also served as Secretary of the Professional Staff Council from 2014-2015 and as a member of the PSC throughout her career at UCM.
